These terms cover how we work together when you order embroidery digitizing or vector work from StitchProof. Place an order and you're agreeing to them.
What we do
We convert your artwork into machine-ready embroidery files (and vector files where requested), hand-punched and proofed on a real machine before delivery. Turnaround times we quote are honest estimates, not guarantees — we'll always flag a deadline we can't safely hit.
Quotes & payment
- Quotes are free and given before any work begins. The price we quote is the price you pay — no surprise per-stitch invoice.
- Payment is due on delivery of your files unless we've agreed billing terms in writing for a contract account.
Your artwork & rights
You confirm you own, or have permission to use, the artwork you send us. You're responsible for the content of what you submit. We only use your art to produce your order.
Ownership of files
Once your order is paid, the digitized file is yours to use as you like. We may keep a copy on record so reorders and edits are quick, and we may show finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Edits, revisions & our guarantee
- Minor edits — sizing, a color swap, density tweaks for a different fabric — are free.
- A brand-new design or a redraw from different artwork is quoted separately before we start.
- If a file we punched genuinely doesn't run clean on your machine, we fix it free; if we still can't make it right, you don't pay for it.
Limits
We can't control your machine, thread, stabilizer, or operator, so results on your equipment are ultimately in your hands. Our responsibility is limited to the price paid for the affected file.
