Before you ask
By complexity, with stitch range as the guide. A flat $15 covers most text and simple logos up to ~8k stitches; detailed work with gradients and fine detail runs ~8–15k and lands in the $25 tier. You always know the price before we punch a single stitch — no per-stitch meter, no surprise invoice when the count comes in high.
Standard files are typically back in 4–12 hours, larger jacket backs in about 24. Need it now? Rush adds $10 and puts you at the front of the queue with a punched, proofed file inside four hours. We'll always tell you up front if a deadline isn't realistic rather than rush a file that won't run clean.
Minor edits are free — sizing changes, a color swap, tighter trims, density tweaks for a different fabric. We keep adjusting until the sew-out runs right. The only time there's a charge is a brand-new design or a redraw from different artwork, and we'll quote that before starting.

Yes — every single order. We hoop the right stabilizer, run your file on a commercial machine, and send you a photo of the actual sew-out. A screen render hides puckering, registration drift and letters that fill in; a real stitch-out doesn't. That photo is your proof before you ever load it.
Volume shops and repeat clients get standing rates — send us your typical monthly load and we'll set a per-design price that works. And if a file we punched genuinely doesn't run clean on your machine, we fix it free; if we still can't make it right, you don't pay for it. We'd rather re-punch than keep a dollar that wasn't earned.
