Stitched with care since '09

What we stitch

Hand-digitizing for any machine.

Logos, caps, appliqué, monograms and the jobs nobody else wants to touch — punched stitch by stitch and proofed on a real machine. Tell us the fabric and the format; we build a file that runs clean on the first hooping.

Every file proofed on a real machine — never just a screen preview.

Services, in detail

Service 02

Caps & 3D Puff

Caps fight you — curved fronts, hard seams and a bill that will not lie flat. We sequence center-out so the design pulls toward the seams instead of away from them, build foam-ready paths with the right tack-down and tie-offs, and size the satin columns so 3D puff caps clean off the riser without poking through. Structured, trucker or 5-panel, the file is built for the panel it will sit on.

  • Center-out sequencing for curved fronts
  • Foam-ready 3D puff paths and tie-downs
  • Seam and bill avoidance built in
  • Density tested at cap speeds

Service 03

Appliqué & Patches

Twill, felt or chenille laid down clean. We build the placement line, tack-down and finish stitch in the right order, then ring it with a satin or merrow edge that settles flat instead of curling at the corners. Iron-on, sew-on or heat-seal backing — we match the tack-down density to the backer so nothing telegraphs through the front of the patch.

  • Placement + tack-down stitch paths
  • Satin or merrow border, your call
  • Multi-layer appliqué, sequenced clean
  • Cut files for the twill on request

Service 04

Vector & Conversion

A blurry JPG, a faded fax or a twenty-year-old patch photo — we redraw it as crisp vector for screen-print, cut and DTF, or convert between any two formats without the artifacts auto-tracing leaves behind. Recolor to your thread chart or a Pantone build, separate the layers, and clean the edges by hand so the file is ready to output, not patched together.

Service 05

Monograms & Names

Personalization that holds up at speed. We set the lettering with kerning tuned for small sizes, pick satin column widths that will not fill in on towels or fleece, and template the file so a hundred names run with nothing but a text swap. Bulk rosters, team jerseys and towel sets come back hooping-ready, named and numbered the way you sent them.

  • Kerning tuned for small lettering
  • Reusable name and number templates
  • Bulk-roster builds, one file per name
  • Towel and terry density handled

Service 06

Large & Specialty

Jacket backs, blankets, towels and the fabrics that misbehave — performance knits, sherpa, leather and waterproof shells. Big designs get split density and underlay zones so they do not gun the cloth or rope across the hoop; tricky materials get the stabilizer and density picked for the exact substrate. And when someone wants a face on a hoodie — a pet, a portrait, a detailed crest — we build it photo-realistically in thread, blending colors with layered fills the way auto-tracing never can. If it can be hooped, we will build it to sew clean.

  • Jacket-back and large-format builds
  • Photo-realistic portraits & pet stitches
  • Knit · sherpa · leather · shell
  • Stabilizer recommendations included

The stitches underneath

What actually makes a file sew clean.

No two fabrics get the same density.

Satin stitch

Glossy raised columns for borders, lettering and outlines. We cap the column width so wide runs do not snag or loosen, and pair every satin with the right underlay underneath.

Tatami fill

Rows of run stitching that pack big areas flat. We vary the angle and stitch length to catch the light and keep large shapes from puckering or roping across the hoop.

Run / walk stitch

A single line for fine detail, outlines and the travel between sections. The lightest path from point to point, sequenced to spend trims and color changes only where they earn it.

Underlay

The hidden first pass that anchors the fabric to the stabilizer. Edge, zigzag or fill underlay, chosen by the topstitch that lands on it — the difference between crisp and sloppy.

Push-pull compensation

Stitches drag the fabric inward as they sew. We over-shoot the geometry so circles stay round, letters keep their gaps, and nothing shrinks once it comes off the machine.

3D foam (puff)

Satin built tall enough to wrap a foam riser, with timed tie-downs so the foam tears away clean and the edges stay sharp. The trick that makes cap lettering pop off the panel.

Every machine, every format

We deliver the file your
machine already speaks.

Tell us the make and your design arrives in its native format, with a thread chart and a color-change sequence you can run straight off the hoop — no remap, no guesswork.
