What files can I send?
Anything legible: AI, EPS, PDF and SVG are ideal, but PNG, JPG, a screenshot or even a phone photo of an old patch all work. If it's low-res, we redraw it clean before we punch a single stitch.
How fast will I get it back?
Standard turnaround is 4–12 hours, and most quotes land within the hour. Tight deadline? Tick the 4-hour rush box and we'll move you to the front of the queue.
What if it needs edits?
Edits are free. Density running heavy, satin letters tightening up, a thread color you want swapped — tell us and we re-punch the underlay and pull until it sews clean on your machine. No revision limits, no fees.
How do I pay?
We invoice once you approve the sew-out photo — card or PayPal, or net-30 for shops running regular volume. New shops get their first logo digitized at half price.
