StitchProof is a digitizing studio, not a data company. We collect the minimum we need to quote your job, deliver your files, and keep in touch — nothing more.
What we collect
- Details you send us — your name, email, company, and the project notes you type into our quote form or email.
- The artwork you upload or send, used solely to digitize and proof your design.
- Basic, anonymous site analytics (which pages are visited) to help us improve the site.
How we use it
- To prepare your quote, digitize your design, and send back proofs and finished files.
- To answer your questions and follow up on a project.
- To keep records of past work so reorders and edits are fast.
What we never do
We don't sell, rent, or trade your information, and we don't share your artwork with anyone outside the people working on your file. Your logo is your property — we treat it that way.
Who we share with
Only the service providers that make the studio run — for example our email and file-hosting providers — and only to the extent needed to deliver your work. They're bound to keep it confidential.
How long we keep it
We hold finished files and order details so you can reorder or request edits later. Ask us to delete your data any time and we will, except where we're required to keep a record.
Cookies
The site uses only what's needed to function and to count anonymous visits. No advertising trackers.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Email info@stitchproof.co and we'll take care of it.
Questions? Just ask.
