Off the machine
A few we're proud of.
Every patch below started as someone's flat logo — a vector, a scan, a phone photo of an old jacket back. We punched each one by hand, set the underlay, balanced push-pull, and ran a sew-out on a real machine before shipping the files to shops in 38 countries. This is the actual thread, not a screen render.

From flat art to finished thread.
Roast & Co. came in as a flat vector cup. We rebuilt it as satin lettering over a tatami-fill body, tuned the underlay for a piqué polo, and balanced push-pull so the rim stays round at left-chest size. Sewn out and approved before a single file left the studio.

Word from the shop floor
The sew-out does the talking.
I sent a 30-year-old chenille patch, half the thread gone, and asked them to bring it back. The sew-out matched the original better than I remembered it. Ran clean on the first hooping.
Our cap fronts kept registering off until StitchProof rebuilt the file center-out with proper foam paths. Crisp 3D puff, no birdnesting, no thread breaks across a 600-piece run.
